Can't Add Users to Call Group
- Verify first that a user has an activated entry in the mdvaccess.com portal. You can verify that an entry is activated by navigating to Users, Manage Users in the drop down.
- Verify if the phone type has changed to the phone type that they're using (iOS or Android). and seeing a virtual number created.
- Once verified that the phone type is visible in the portal, and the virtual number has been created, you'll be able to select that user in the office and/or family group drop down.
