Can't Add Users to Call Group

  1. Verify first that a user has an activated entry in the mdvaccess.com portal. You can verify that an entry is activated by navigating to Users, Manage Users in the drop down.

  2. Verify if the phone type has changed to the phone type that they're using (iOS or Android). and  seeing a virtual number created.
  3. Once verified that the phone type is visible in the portal, and the virtual number has been created, you'll be able to select that user in the office and/or family group drop down.
