Adding Users
1. Navigate to https://account.mydoorview.com/ as an end user. If you're a dealer/partner, please navigate to partner.mydoorview.com and follow the remote access guide. ***Please note that users should only be added manually for standalone accounts. Accounts using an integration for user sync should enter users into the access control system and ensure the users are assigned to the group that is being synced with MyDoorView.***

2. Click "Log In"

3. Select the account.

4. Click the "Users" dropdown

5. Click "Users"

6. Click "Add New User" alternatively, users can be imported with the import button using the template.

7. Fill out the form with the user's information.

8. Select the site to see the devices under the desired site.

9. Click to enable devices they should have access to. Note that users can be hidden from the directory of the intercom after they're granted access, if desired.

10. Click "Next"

11. Click "Add First Credential" if a PIN or RFID credential needs to be assigned to the user.

12. Select the desired credential type. If adding a Door PIN or RFID, the opposite credential can be added later.

13. When adding a Door PIN, the credential can be randomly generated with the "Generate" button, or entered in manually.

14. Click "Confirm"

15. Credentials can be edited or deleted later in the credentials tab.

16. Click "Next"

17. Click "Confirm"
